No joke. There’s a county in Ohio called ‘Licking County’. Even better, their shelter is located on 544 Dog Leg Road! Hysterical.

By the way, there are two shibas (shiba 1, shiba 2) that are residing at the Licking County Animal Shelter if you are interested in adopting a shiba in Heath, Ohio.
